Our Clinic

Mankato Clinic is a physician-owned multi-specialty group practice in south-central Minnesota in existence since 1916. Our Main Street facility is a modern, 105,000 square- foot, three-story building that adjoins the community's hospital, making it convenient for rounds and admissions. Included in our seven regional satellites is a 45,000 square foot clinic attached to an ambulatory surgery center.

Chief Medical Officer

The Clinic is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) who will be responsible for the clinical leadership of the organization. This individual will lead the Clinics Care Management Team in advancing and implementing world-class medical care while ensuring that high quality services are delivered to patients. The Chief Medical Officer reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is a non-voting member of the Board of Directors. The CMO serves with the CEO and CFO as members of the Senior Executive Team. Minimum qualifications include being a Board Certified physician, with increasingly responsible experience in a medical leadership position, preferably in a multi-specialty clinic setting. An advanced degree, MBA, MHA, MPH, JD is preferred but not required.

Dermatology

Mankato Clinic is looking for BC/BE Dermatologists to join this department at our brand new, state-of-the-art facility opened in December of 2008. You can benefit from a built in referral base and a service area population of over 300,000.

Internal Medicine

Our Internal Medicine Department is looking for BC/BE Physicians to join our group at the Main Street location on a hospital campus. This position includes a desirable call schedule of 1:14 shared with Family Practice. This opportunity is outpatient only and is supported by 24/7 Hospitalist coverage.

Neurology

Mankato Clinic has an exceptional opportunity for a BC/BE Neurologist to join two others. You will see patients with a full spectrum of disease states and have an opportunity to participate in clinical trials. We provide staff and support for EMG, Lumbar Punctures, Polysomnograpy, Botox, Occipital Block and a full-time, plus a registered EEG technologist. In addition the Mankato Clinic opened the J. Scott Sanders, MD Center for Sleep Medicine in 2007. Our busy, fully staffed, state-of-the-art, regional sleep lab with four patient rooms offers a tranquil and comfortable environment for sleep studies.

Ophthalmology

Physician-owned Mankato Clinic is looking for BC/BE Ophthalmologists to join our fast growing practice. Join three other Board Certified Ophthalmologists in a new facility with attached surgery center housing 4 operating rooms, 2 procedure rooms and a YAG Laser. Our fully trained support staff of 6 includes 2 COT’s and 1 COA. Our state-of-the-art clinic has 13 lanes equipped with HAAG STREIT microscopes in every lane; 2 procedure rooms; Humphrey Corneal Topography, Visual Field and Auto Refractor and our own optical shop.

Pediatrics

Mankato Clinic, a physician owned, regional, multi-specialty clinic, is looking for BC/BE Pediatricians to join our growing practice. Our current Call schedule is 1:11 supported by a 24-hour, nurse triage phone-line. We are technology oriented with our own lab and radiology departments and a newly implemented electronic health record.

Psychiatry

Our Psychiatry department is seeking BC/BE Adult Psychiatrists to join this well-established practice to provide individual, family and interpersonal psychotherapy. We provide adult, adolescent, child and hospital psychiatric services. A call schedule of 1:6 and greater will result with the addition of new staff members. Our team includes a Board Certified Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist.

Psychiatry

Mankato Clinic Department of Psychiatry is seeking Doctorate level Psychologists to join a growing multi-specialty practice. You will work with 7 Psychiatrists, 3 Psychologists, 1 Neuropsychologist, 1 Clinical Social Worker and over 40 primary care providers in our physician-owned, multi-specialty group with over 100 providers. Responsibilities include seeing adults for therapy, diagnostic testing and assessment. Applicants must have a MN license, with a Ph.D. or Psy. D. from an APA-accredited university program

Pulmonary Medicine

Mankato Clinic is seeking to add BC/BE Pulmonology/Critical Care/Sleep physicians to join one other in our group. Our practice currently consists of inpatient and outpatient pulmonology, sleep, and critical care. You will see patients with a full spectrum of disease states and enjoy the support and referrals from over 40 primary care providers. Board Certification/Eligibility in Sleep is desirable.

Surgery

Mankato Clinic has an exceptional opportunity for a BC/BE Surgeon to join three others for a call schedule of 1:4. Our staff includes a fellowship trained colorectal surgeon. We are looking for a general surgeon interested in doing hernias, breast, gallbladder, laproscopic, venous access line placements. Our clinic is attached to the hospital for easy access to its operating rooms. Mankato Clinic also has an ambulatory surgery center available with two operating rooms and two procedure rooms on a separate campus.
